Job summary

Ask Athena is seeking a Store Leadership professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive service standards and productivity. You will lead by example, resolve customer issues, and ensure daily tasks are completed while maintaining high service levels.

The role requires strong communication, coaching skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to support business needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in retail or service industry.
• 1 year experience in a position of leadership, management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuver sales floor.
• Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements, and store climbing requirements.
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.
