About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our dynamic team at Sumimetal Industries (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. A warehouse operator handles the physical movement, processing, tracking, and storage of inventory within a facility. They ensure supply chain operations run efficiently by accurately receiving, picking, packing, and shipping goods while strictly following safety and company regulations, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Receiving & Unloading: Accept incoming deliveries, unload & unpack material. Inform any discrepancy if any.

Picking & Packing: Locate requested items in the warehouse, pack them correctly, and prepare them for production & outbound dispatch.

Loading & Shipping: Load finished goods onto trucks or containers according to delivery zones and safety standards.

Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment safely, such as forklifts.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain high standards of warehouse hygiene, adhere to 5S or HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols, and optimize space utilization
