The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience, strong knowledge of WMS, MHE use, and leadership capabilities. The position supports logistics operations with a focus on accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficiency with MHE (forklifts/pallet jacks) and WMS.
• Strong leadership and data entry skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff for receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain records using WMS.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Oversee loading/unloading of shipments with proper handling and documentation.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operator to join Goodwill Square (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Tanjung Malim, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. As a Senior Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, managing inventory, coordinating with team members, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and organisation. This position is instrumental in supporting our distribution and logistics operations, directly impacting our ability to deliver quality service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operations experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices
• Proficiency in using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising and motivating warehouse teams
• Competence in data entry and familiarity with warehouse management software
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties safely
• Clear communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
