Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a store supervisor to oversee inventory, merchandise handling, and daily store operations, ensuring accuracy in receiving, recording, and returning goods. You will maintain cleanliness, handle equipment, safeguard store assets, deliver courteous service, manage emergencies, and uphold KK Supermart's reputation.

Candidates with 1–3 years retail supervisory experience and SPM or diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience (1–3 years) with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory handling, receiving, recording and returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping within premises.
• Operate and handle equipment in compliance with procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store assets and property.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report as needed.
• Uphold KK Supermart’s good image and reputation.
