Job summary

KK Supermart is seeking a capable store supervisor to manage inventory and storefront operations. The role includes receiving, recording, arranging, inspecting, and returning goods, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the store.

You will operate store equipment per procedures and deliver courteous customer service. Experience in retail and leadership is preferred; SPM or Diploma is expected, with a Bachelor’s degree seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and merchandise handling: receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines in store per procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
