Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage inventory, record-keeping, and merchandise handling. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness, and operating store equipment per procedures.

You will provide courteous service, handle emergencies, and uphold the store's image. SPM/ Diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in retail with supervisory exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and manage inventory tasks.
• To maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• To operate and handle all equipment and machines in the store per procedures.
• To ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• To provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• To handle emergencies and report them to relevant personnel.
