Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a store supervisor to receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; maintain store cleanliness; operate equipment; ensure safety; and provide courteous service. You will handle emergencies and uphold KK Supermart’s reputation.

Applicants should have SPM or diploma, with bachelor’s degree a plus; 1–3 years retail experience with supervisory preference, and strong leadership, communication, and POS skills. Own transportation required.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines in the store per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
