Job summary

KK Supermart is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, inventory control, and customer service across our outlets in Malaysia. You will lead a small team, manage stock receipts, and ensure accurate record-keeping with POS systems while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Applicants should have an SPM or diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 1–3 years of retail experience in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience (1–3 years) with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange and inspect goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of store premises.
• Operate and handle POS systems and assist customers.
• Ensure safety and care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold the image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
