Job summary

KK Supermart is seeking a capable retail supervisor to oversee inventory and merchandise handling, ensure store cleanliness, and operate POS systems. You will lead a team, maintain store safety, and deliver courteous customer service during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail experience with supervisory duties preferred, and a diploma or SPM; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Own transport is beneficial for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years retail experience, supervisory preferred.
• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of store premises.
• Operate and handle all store equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart's image and reputation at all times.
