Job summary

KK Group of Companies in Malaysia seeks a store supervisor to oversee inventory, customer service, and daily operations in our KK Supermart outlet. You will receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail supervision and owning transportation are preferred. Bachelor's degree is a plus, with SPM or diploma acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods and manage inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines available in the store in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations appropriately and report them to the relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
