Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day tasks at store (cash money, daily report, promotions etc)
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and keep proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
• Deal with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
