Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the store service model.
• Lead the store team to surpass sales and service metrics.
• Apply analytical thinking and reporting to identify opportunities.
• Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment and develop internal talent.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet deadlines daily.
• Support daily retail operations including POS usage and pricing processes.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and inventory controls.
