Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager in Malaysia to lead a team of store associates and leaders, delivering an exceptional consumer experience and driving sales. You will oversee daily operations, visual presentation, inventory control and loyalty programs while upholding Crocs values.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in retail, and professional English. You will develop talent, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high service standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English; proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email and able to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs service model.
• Lead the store team in surpassing sales and service metrics.
• Apply analytical thinking and reporting to identify opportunities for the store.
• Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment and operations.
• Foster an inclusive environment and promote internal growth and external talent networks.
• Coordinate, delegate and meet store deadlines with effective follow-up.
