Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; store management preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• STPM / A Level / Diploma or above preferred.
• Able to operate a retail POS system and stock software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the CHARM model.
• Lead the store team to exceed sales and service metrics.
• Apply analysis to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Oversee visual presentation, stock flow, replenishment, and standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment and internal growth.
• Ensure store deadlines are met with effective follow-up.
