Samsonite is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to drive luxury retail performance in a U.S.-brand environment focused on TUMI products and customer experience. You will train associates, lead by example, and push for excellence in sales KPIs while delivering exceptional service.

You will build client relationships, leverage data capture, and participate in product knowledge training to maintain a premium in-store experience across the team.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Proven sales achievement and ability to meet KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good PC skills: MS Office; basic understanding of retail POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Assist store management with training associates on the TUMI Difference and TUMI Elite Moments.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Convey the TUMI Customer Experience through the TUMI Selling Ceremony.
• Build client relationships through data capture and outreach using the Proximity clienteling app.
• Contribute to attainment of sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service with strong product knowledge and proactive interaction.
• Maintain high productivity, use downtime for training, coaching, and feedback.
