Job summary

IMIKA EMPIRE SDN BHD in Johor is seeking a Retail Outlet Manager to lead our flagship outlet on a full-time basis. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales targets, manage staff performance, and uphold service standards that reflect our brand values.

This hands-on leadership role requires inspiring your team, optimizing store performance, handling stock, merchandising, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail outlet management or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience with inventory management and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse retail team to meet sales targets.
• Oversee daily outlet operations: stock, merchandising, store maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across touchpoints.
• Handle staffing: recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
