Job summary

Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Oppo Electronics Sdn Bhd) in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Store Manager to drive sales and maximize store performance through people development and effective operations.

You will supervise and train the sales team, analyse market trends, handle customer inquiries, coordinate in-store events, and maintain visual merchandising to uphold brand standards. Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia required, Mandarin is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in retail industry field is added advantage.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Working days: 6 days in a week, Working Hours: 8-hours shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance of the store by improving the competency of sales representatives.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet company objectives as well as other goals.
• Analyze market movement and prepare detailed report to provide insight to better marketing opportunity.
• Deliver excellent service including dealing with customer queries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with different departments in planning and execution of in-store events.
• Monitor and maintain store operation closely to drive operation excellence.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
