Onitsuka Tiger Johor Outlet is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, ensure SOPs, coach staff, and drive sales at the Johor Bahru store.

You will manage scheduling, customer service, inventory, merchandising, promotions, and reporting to Malaysia Office. Candidates should have fashion retail knowledge and strong leadership, ready for long hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of fashion retailing with at least 3 years and above of store management experience.
• Specialize in customer service with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store operational requirements per SOP and by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; plan, monitor, and appraise performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and strong selling skills.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and giving feedback to staff.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising per brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and report trends to merchandising/brand managers.
• Handle customer complaints tactfully and ensure promotions are executed.
• Process sales transactions in CEGID with accuracy; manage cash deposits per policy.
• Control store expenses and train a successor for key roles.
• Oversee stock receiving, weekly/monthly/yearly counts, and reporting.
