Job summary

Qualifications

• Manage all aspects of store operations and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate team to hit KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales techniques and inventory management.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Lead and motivate the team in achieving KPIs set by the company.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Deal with issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
• Be a shining example of good behaviour and high performance.
