Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (1–3 years), supervisory preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and perform inventory tasks.
• To maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• To operate and handle all store equipment and machines per procedures.
• To ensure safety and protection of the store's property and assets.
• To provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• To handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
• To uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart.
