Job summary

Airswift is seeking a SPS Lead Document Controller in Kuala Lumpur to define and manage the SPS Document Management System. You will oversee document control for contractors, enforce metadata standards and conduct regular quality checks to ensure alignment with project timelines.

You will coordinate with Schedule Engineers, prepare handover packages for Field Operations, and assist in EDMS implementations on contractors’ premises, including training on rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with document management systems and project documentation control.
• Ability to enforce numbering, formatting and metadata standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and organize the SPS DMS with workflows for issuance, review, approval, correspondence and archiving.
• Supervise control of documentation from contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform audits on documentation topics and regular quality checks of the DMS.
• Coordinate with Schedule Engineers to align document production with project timelines.
• Prepare handover packages for Field Operations with the Project Lead Document Controller.
