Job summary

Allseas Marine Contractors Sdn. Bhd. (AMM) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation and document control processes. You will support engineering and project teams and contribute to day-to-day project administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller.
• Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and document control procedures.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining project documentation, drawings, and records through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating document creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving via EDMS.
• Maintaining document and drawing registers and project filing systems for accuracy and traceability.
• Supporting project teams with document tracking, retrieval, distribution, and other control activities.
• Assisting with office administrative tasks, project coordination, and ad hoc support.
• Contributing to continuous improvement in document management and project support.
