Job summary

Epson Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring for a Spare Parts Inventory & Forecasting role in Subang Jaya. You will oversee parts inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of distributor orders.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis capabilities, and excellent English communication. On-site position with collaboration across suppliers and service partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in parts management, inventory, and forecasting; preferably with small-item SKUs.
• Good communication with suppliers, partners and customers.
• Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / spreadsheets and data visualization.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure stock sufficiency and meet service requirements.
• Support inventory forecasting, ordering, and stock planning for new models.
• Coordinate with Regional HQ, Supply Chain, distributors and service partners on spare parts matters.
• Maintain spare parts pricing and information in SAP and relevant systems.
• Prepare regular inventory and performance reports.
• Process and coordinate parts orders from distributors, including monthly forecasts and payments.
• Support Tech Team and Service Partners with spare parts enquiries, warranty claims and shortages.
• Coordinate return, verification, write-off, and disposal of defective parts and main units.
• Process warranty claims for defective consumables and coordinate collection, storage, and disposal.
• Review and recommend parts for write-off per company policies.

Job Responsibilities

Manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stock and meet service requirements.

Support inventory forecasting, ordering, and stock planning for new models.

Coordinate with Regional HQ, Supply Chain, distributors, and service partners on spare parts matters.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
