Job summary

ETAC Marketing Sdn Bhd in Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse/Store Supervisor to manage daily store/warehouse operations and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Delivery teams. The role includes stock control, order preparation, and safe handling of goods, with driving responsibilities using a 2.5-ton lorry.

Candidate will ensure stock accuracy, maintain stock records, and uphold SOPs and safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store/warehouse operations.
• Able to drive and operate a 2.5-ton lorry for delivery, collection and transportation of company goods by back up basis.
• Responsible for incoming quality control of goods according to quantity, item and condition.
• Arrange and organise stock properly for easy identification and retrieval.
• Update and maintain stock cards for all stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock checking and stock count to ensure physical stock matches stock records.
• Prepare and arrange goods according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Check goods before loading and ensure proper handling during transportation.
• Report any damaged, missing or incorrect goods to management.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and safe at all times.

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Delivery teams regarding stock availability and movement.
• Prepare and check DO, stock records and other warehouse documents when required.
• Supervise and assign daily tasks to store/warehouse workers.
• Ensure all goods received and released are properly recorded.
• Assist with stock audits, stock reconciliation and yearly stock taking.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of warehouse equipment and company vehicles.
• Follow company SOP, safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
• Perform any other duties related to store/warehouse operations as assigned by management.
