Job summary

Ricoh Business Services Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Parts Officer to manage spare parts and consumables, ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery, and act as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, dealers and external partners to maintain service quality.

You will maintain inventory records, manage CE parts bins, prepare quotations, coordinate urgent toner deliveries, and work with ASPC on purchase orders, requiring a relevant diploma or bachelor degree in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Economics/Business/Management/Commerce or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Cantonese advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with focus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and dealers on parts-related matters.
• Process and place orders for spare parts for direct customers and dealers.
• Maintain and update parts inventory records and stock levels.
• Manage CE parts bins, transfers and stock reconciliation.
• Address and resolve CE parts issues promptly.
• Prepare quotations for parts and consumables to customers and dealers.
• Coordinate urgent toner deliveries as required.
• Collaborate with ASPC on purchase orders and inventory control.
