Job summary

ZTE (MALAYSIA) CORPORATION SDN. BHD. 中兴通讯马来西亚 is seeking a Spare Parts Service Delivery professional to oversee regional support, monitor KPI performance, and drive customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes inventory control, cost management, and timely spare parts delivery.

Responsibilities include implementing warehouse standards, inbound/outbound processes, replenishment procedures, and planning for stocking, loan, and asset security management across the spare parts function.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above qualification with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and stress management skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken, written, reading, and comprehension) is preferred. Good command of English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of spare parts service delivery experience in telecommunications or IT-related products.
