Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is offering a Spare Part Specialist position for fresh graduates. The role involves handling spare parts delivery, scheduling, and monitoring shipment plans, tracking orders and exceptions.

You will assist with inbound/outbound logistics, stocktaking, and 5S warehouse management at the site in Malaysia. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or above, with preferred experience in spare parts or manufacturing planning within telecom or manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Spare parts planning operation experience or manufacture planning experience in telecommunication or manufacture field preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management / planning methods / product lifecycle management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer skills at IT tools such as MS Office and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Handle spare parts delivery and schedule forward requests.
• Develop, execute, and monitor shipment plans and track orders.

Spare Part Specialist (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)

Fresh graduate who has graduated in year 2026.

Job Descriptions

Handle spare parts delivery requests, schedule forward requests, develop, execute, and monitor shipment plans, track orders, handle exceptions, perform tasks such as inbound and outbound tasks, transportation, stocktaking, and in-stock operations, and manage the performance of logistics service providers (LSPs).

Maintain basic information about product plans, manage the contacts of plan control lists, and provide import and export-related documents such as datasheets and product RED certification as required.

Support on-site stocktaking of spare parts, inbound and outbound operations of physical goods, and warehouse 5S management, monitor account discrepancies during routine operations, apply for account adjustment for discrepancies, and analyze and make improvements.

IT tool and operations support: Provide improvement suggestions about IT tools' ease of use, availability, and user acceptance tests (UATs).

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or above.

Spare parts planning operation experience or manufacture planning experience in telecommunication or manufacture field is preferred.

Have a good knowledgeof inventory management / planning method / product lifecycle management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good computer skills at IT tools application, such as MS Office, ERP.
