Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a service-oriented professional to analyze the service market environment, identify customer pain points, and develop requirements for Wireless service and data centre/solar solutions.

In sales projects, you will handle solution planning and design, commercial quotation, presentation, and negotiations, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and deliverability. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science and engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Understand Data Centre service products/solutions and have experience selling or delivering frontline project solutions.
• Able to analyze customer requirements and manage customer expectations.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.

Job description

Analyze the service market environment, customer pain points, and requirements, and explore and improve service opportunities for Wireless service.

Develop service solutions for Data Centre and Solar business based on customer requirements.

In sales projects, take charge of solution planning and design, commercial quotation, solution presentation, solution clarification, and commercial negotiation, and be responsible for solution competitiveness, profitability, and deliverability.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, holds a background in science and engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Understand one or more service products/solutions especially for Data Centre, and have experience in selling or delivering frontline project solutions.

Be able to understand and analyze customer requirements and effectively manage customer expectations.

Have a certain sensitivity to numbers and be able to handle project quotation in the work.

Have strong communication and presentation capabilities, strong service development awareness.
