Job summary

Boost Juice in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for the Southern Region to lead retail operations across outlets, ensuring superlative customer service and strong financial performance.

You will coach area managers, monitor SOP compliance, and drive improvements in processes, inventory, and staffing. A strong leader with English fluency and a background in F&B management is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with strong written and spoken English.
• Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in the southern region and ensure consistent customer experiences.
• Coach and develop store managers and team members to meet KPI targets.
• Monitor financial performance, labour costs, inventory and COGS to improve profitability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, cash handling and safety procedures.
• Lead weekly/monthly reviews with area managers to drive improvements and sales.
