Job summary

FIVE TASTES F&B GROUP SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks an experienced Outlets Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple North Malaysia outlets (Perak, Kedah, Perlis). You will ensure service quality, food safety, store standards, and drive sales in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

You will coach outlet teams, conduct visits, monitor costs and performance, and help with recruitment and onboarding while maintaining compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years F&B experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Experience with SOPs and operational systems.
• Familiar with POS, staff scheduling and performance reports.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Malay is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and inspections.
• Maintain service, product quality, cleanliness and store standards.
• Monitor sales, costs and outlet performance.
• Identify ways to improve sales and profitability.
• Lead, train and develop outlet teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
