ADI Resourcing invites applications for a Sales Manager to lead the Southern Region in the construction materials sector. The role focuses on flooring solutions, roofing materials, sealants, and related systems, working with approved applicators and chasing mega projects.

Based in Pasir Gudang, you will develop sales strategies, build relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and government bodies, and drive revenue growth through strong presentation and proposal skills.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of related field sales experience in construction chemicals or building materials.
• Proven track record of securing mega projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with approved applicator for Flowcrete projects and respond to competitors' specs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall sales success.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth.
• Identify new business opportunities including contractors, developers, and government projects.
• Grow specification pipeline with the specification team to expand flooring market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with applicators, key clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
