Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales in building materials or construction.
• Proven ability to build new territory pipelines and engage project decision-makers.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute territory sales strategies for premium products.
• Secure product specifications by engaging architects, developers.
• Lead high-value project negotiations, quotations, and closures.
• Oversee sales pipeline reporting to regional leadership.
