Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a sales leader to drive revenue growth and manage strategic accounts across key regional markets for a leading Asia-based manufacturer of high-performance rubber granules and sports surfacing solutions. You will travel regionally to engage contractors, developers, and specifiers.

You will balance business development with key account management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and negotiate contracts to maximize margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials, construction, rubber, or chemical industries.
• Proven track record in handling project sales cycles and key account management.
• Willingness to travel regionally for business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts across designated regional markets while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Drive project sales by engaging developers, landscape architects, consultants, and specialized contractors early in the project cycle.
• Manage commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract terms, and profit margins.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging project pipelines.
