Job summary

Guocera Sdn Bhd is seeking an Area Project Sales Manager for the Northern Region of Malaysia. The role focuses on leading project sales activities, growing revenue, and building strong relationships with customers in the construction and building materials sector.

You will identify market opportunities, work closely with contractors, developers, and distributors, and travel within the region to drive business growth while delivering excellent pre- and post-sale service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or related industries.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.
