Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in sales, account management, or sales engineering in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude to translate features into business value.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry vertical.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to prospective clients, translating complex technical features into business benefits.
• Conduct needs assessments and propose customised solutions that align with client objectives and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights and market trends.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
