Job summary

DKSH is searching for an Inside Sales Executive in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and 1-3 years of relevant sales experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
• Manage leads and register them into SF.com opportunity pipelines.
• Present products or services to customers independently or with support.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with phone-based selling

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Self-motivated and target-driven

Education

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
