Job summary

Convergys Malaysia is seeking a Specialist, Technical Sales to drive new business and strengthen existing accounts in Kuala Lumpur. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.

You will train customers, advise sales teams, and foster relationships at multiple levels while contributing to product and service improvements. English and Malay proficiency are required, with a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• English and Malay language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to showcase products and services.
• Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Provide technical expertise to support sales objectives and address customer inquiries with proposals/presentations.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance customer understanding and effective use of products and services.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to relevant internal teams to support product improvements.
