Job summary

Renewable Energy Co in Malaysia seeks an experienced Technical Solution Manager to bridge technical expertise and commercial activities in the solar and battery energy sector. You will support solution design, pre-sales engagement, customer technical consultation, and product positioning across solar PV and BESS.

Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, preparing proposals, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to develop solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales or solution engineering.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and system designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales to support commercial activities.
• Collaborate with sales to design solar and battery system solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and supporting docs.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers and partners.
• Support solution optimisation to meet technical and commercial goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Educate stakeholders on product functionality and installation considerations.
• Monitor market developments and emerging technologies.
