Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Support Specialist (Cantonese Speaker) to provide remote support for Hong Kong clients on Cloud HRMS software. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system, troubleshoot issues, and configure systems to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires a Diploma in IT or related field, 1–2 years in IT support, and fluent Cantonese/English with Chinese language skills advantageous.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in IT-related field.
1–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience preferred.
Fluent in Cantonese and English; Chinese language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for Hong Kong clients via phone, email or ticketing system.
Provide remote troubleshooting and system configuration for Cloud HRMS issues.
Remotely access client workstations or servers to resolve problems.
Meet individual and team KPIs and adhere to procedures.
Assist with data migration and end-user training when needed.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions.
