Job summary

AutoCount seeks a customer support professional in Malaysia to assist clients and dealers with HRMS product inquiries. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users on workflows, and maintain thorough case documentation. Mandarin skills are a plus for multilingual client interactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, accounting, business, IT or relevant field.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of payroll, HR processes or payroll software is an advantage.
• Service-minded, patient, and able to communicate clearly with users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients/dealers via phone, email, live chat, support portal and remote access.
• Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve HRMS product issues.
• Guide users on system functions, workflows, and recommended practices.
• Log all cases clearly in the system and follow up until resolution.
• Reproduce issues reported by clients and identify possible root causes.
• Escalate unresolved or complicated cases to team lead/R&D with detailed information, steps and screenshots.
• Prepare/update FAQs, knowledge base articles and user guides.
• Document recurring issues and provide feedback to improve product features or processes.
• Contribute ideas to improve support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
