Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Support Specialist (Cantonese Speaker) to provide remote support for Hong Kong clients on Cloud HRMS software. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system, troubleshoot issues, and configure systems to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires a Diploma in IT or related field, 1–2 years in IT support, and fluent Cantonese/English with Chinese language skills advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in IT-related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Chinese language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Hong Kong clients via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and system configuration for Cloud HRMS issues.
• Remotely access client workstations or servers to resolve problems.
• Meet individual and team KPIs and adhere to procedures.
• Assist with data migration and end-user training when needed.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions.

Software Support Specialist (Cantonese Speaker)

We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Software Support Specialist which in charge to remote support Hong Kong client's inquiries referring to Cloud HRMS software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company's production progress.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for Hong Kong clients, handling remote support request and system-related questions over the phone, email, ticketing system.
• Resolve client's technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform accurate and appropriate system configuration for software issues.
• Remotely connected to customer workstations or servers to troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures.
• Perform data migration works and conduct product training to end user, when necessary.
• Involve in ad-hoc project and pre-implementation discussions.

Main Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Customer Service is preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese and English (verbal & written in Traditional Chinese).
• Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.
• A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Flexible to align work schedule with Hong Kong public holidays.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
