Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive (Accounting Software). You will drive outbound activities, manage the sales process from leads to onboarding, and deliver presales support to clients while aiming for quarterly KPIs.

The role requires a diploma/degree, strong communication in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese, and at least 2 years in a related field. You must have your own transport and be willing to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good communication skills and able to speak fluent English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess basic knowledge of accounting and auditing. Experience engaging with accounting software is the added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound activity and own the sales process from obtaining leads to onboarding.
• Provide presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales KPI as assigned by the company.
• Research, identify and prospect new business opportunities to build the sales pipeline.
• Submit sales reports to Management in a timely and orderly manner.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions or conferences to promote Info-Tech Cloud Accounting solutions.
• Target and influence new customers to use Info-Tech range of products.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Info-tech cloud HR Software has simple & user friendly yet comprehensive Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Claim, Appraisal & Time Attendance. As a Business Development Executive (Accounting), you are responsible for ensuring the achievement and continual growth of any channel’s sales and profit objectives to support cloud accounting software.

Main Responsibilities:

With a primary focus on early and high growth in Cloud Accounting Software to all business clients, you oversee maximizing outbound activity and owning the sales process from obtaining leads from our sales admin and prospecting through onboarding.

Responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.

Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales KPI that have been assigned by the company.

Research, Identify and Prospect New Business Opportunities to build up the sales pipeline.

Submit sales reports to Management in a timely and orderly manner.

Participate in trade fairs, exhibition or conferences on behalf of the company to promote INFO-TECH Cloud Accounting solutions.

Target and influence new customers to use Info-Tech range of products.

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from your Management.

Main Requirements:
