Agathae Business Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Support Executive to ensure smooth operation of our HRMS at client sites, delivering top-tier technical support and guidance to HR departments.

You will learn HRMS basics, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems, and document interactions while supporting project implementations (URS/UAT/training). Office-based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science required.
• 2+ years of experience in Software / Application Support.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Service-minded with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the basics of our HRMS.
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot software issues; provide step-by-step guidance.
• Escalate complex issues to the technical team when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Improve knowledge of our software to enhance support quality.

Agathae Business Solutions Sdn Bhd – Petaling

Our software is a Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

As a Software Support Executive at Agathae Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HRMS at our clients’ sites with delivery of top-notch technical support and assistance to them. You will work closely with our clients’ Human Resource Departments to resolve issues, provide product knowledge and enhance customer satisfaction.

It is full-time and office-based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will first learn and understand the basics of our HRMS.
• You will be responding to customer's inquiries and troubleshooting user’s software-related issues. This will include answering their questions and analyzing the problem. Then you will provide step-by-step guidance to help customers resolve their problems.
• If the issue is complex, you will escape it to the technical team for further investigation and resolution.
• You will maintain detailed records of daily customer's interactions, issues reported and completed solutions.
• You will continuously improve your knowledge of our software products and technologies to enhance your ability to provide high-quality support.
• When required, you will also assist in project implementation. This will involve User Requirement Studies (URS), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Training.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Graduates with a Bachelor's Degreein IT or Computer Science. Some basic knowledge of Human Resource principles will be an advantage.
• Must be aMalaysian citizen.
• Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software / Application Support.
• Service-minded, patient and able to communicate clearly with users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates with prior knowledge from working with software or applications are encouraged to apply for this position.
