Job summary

Agathae Business Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Support Executive to ensure smooth operation of our HRMS at client sites. You will deliver top-notch technical support, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge to HR departments to enhance satisfaction.

The role is full-time and office-based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, with opportunities to participate in project implementations such as URS, UAT and Training.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software / Application Support.
• Fresh graduates with knowledge from working with software or applications are encouraged to apply.

Job description

Our software is a Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

As a Software Support Executive at Agathae Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HRMS at our clients' sites with delivery of top-notch technical support and assistance to them. You will work closely with our clients' Human Resource Departments to resolve issues, provide product knowledge and enhance customer satisfaction.

It is full-time and office-based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will first learn and understand the basics of our HRMS.

You will be responding to customer's inquiries and troubleshooting user's software-related issues. This will include answering their questions and analyzing the problem. Then you will provide step-by-step guidance to help customers resolve their problems.

If the issue is complex, you will elevate it to the technical team for further investigation and resolution.

You will maintain detailed records of daily customer's interactions, issues reported and completed solutions.

You will continuously improve your knowledge of our software products and technologies to enhance your ability to provide high-quality support.

When required, you will also assist in project implementation. This will involve User Requirement Studies (URS), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Training.

WHAT WE'R LOOKING FOR

Graduates with a Bachelor's Degreein IT or Computer Science. Some basic knowledge of Human Resource principles will be an advantage.

Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Software / Application Support.

Service-minded, patient and able to communicate clearly with users.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fresh graduates with prior knowledge from working with software or applications are encouraged to apply for this position.
