Job summary

Agathae Business Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Support Executive to ensure smooth operation of our HRMS at client sites, delivering top-tier technical support and guidance to HR departments.

You will learn HRMS basics, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems, and document interactions while supporting project implementations (URS/UAT/training). Office-based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science required.
2+ years of experience in Software / Application Support.
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Service-minded with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Learn and understand the basics of our HRMS.
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot software issues; provide step-by-step guidance.
Escalate complex issues to the technical team when needed.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
Improve knowledge of our software to enhance support quality.
Assist in project implementation including URS, UAT and training.
