Job summary

Agathae Business Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Support Executive to ensure smooth operation of our HRMS at client sites. You will deliver top-notch technical support, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge to HR departments to enhance satisfaction.

The role is full-time and office-based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, with opportunities to participate in project implementations such as URS, UAT and Training.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software / Application Support.
• Fresh graduates with knowledge from working with software or applications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the basics of our HRMS.
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot software issues with step-by-step guidance.
• Elevate complex issues to the technical team for investigation and resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of daily interactions, issues reported and solutions.
• Continuously improve knowledge of our software products and technologies.
• Assist in project implementation including URS, UAT and Training.
