At DreamSoft Technology, we specialize in empowering Malaysian SMEs through optimized business and accounting software solutions. We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Software Solution Consultant to lead the technical deployment, configuration, and advisory for our core enterprise system: SQL Accounting. In this role, your primary mission is to deeply understand the customer's unique business environment and operational challenges. You will act as the bridge between their current processes and their operational goals, designing and implementing tailored solutions that close the gap. You will ensure that their transition is seamless, their workflows are optimized, and their systems are fully compliant with the latest Malaysian regulatory standards, including LHDN e-Invoicing mandates and SST updates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive sessions with clients to thoroughly understand their current business environment, daily workflows, and administrative pain points. Identify operational gaps and propose structured software solutions to bridge them effectively.
• Execute the end-to-end setup and deployment of SQL Accounting, ensuring the system's architecture and configuration are precisely tailored to the client's actual working environment and operational realities.
• Perform complete data migration by safely extracting, mapping, and importing historical data from the client's legacy systems into the new SQL Accounting database, ensuring full data accuracy and business continuity.
• Accurately configure system parameters to ensure strict adherence to local compliance, including SST, LHDN e-Invoicing mechanics, and payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Design and deliver comprehensive, easy-to-understand training sessions to ensure end-users are confident and capable of utilizing the newly implemented solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex functional support. Investigate data logic issues, guide clients through practical workarounds, and advise on system best practices for continuous improvement.

About you

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software implementation, IT business analysis, system support, or managing accounting/ERP systems.
• Proven capability to perform complete system implementations based on specific customer environments, coupled with hands-on experience in managing safe and accurate data migrations.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the proven ability to analyze a client's environment, identify workflow gaps, and translate those gaps into practical, actionable software configurations.
• Strong operational understanding of accounting principles, inventory mechanics, and Malaysian statutory payroll requirements.
• Direct technical experience with SQL Accounting is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical or financial configurations into simple instructions for end-users.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively support local client base.
