DreamSoft Technology seeks a Software Solution Consultant to lead the deployment, configuration, and advisory for SQL Accounting for Malaysian SMEs. You will understand client environments, tailor solutions, and ensure seamless transitions with compliant workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, data migration, and end-user training, with strong bilingual communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to support local clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical and detail-oriented approach to software deployments.
• Experience in software implementation and IT business analysis.
• Proven ability to manage data migrations safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive sessions with clients to understand their current environment and pain points.
• Execute end-to-end setup and deployment of SQL Accounting tailored to client environments.
• Perform complete data migration from legacy systems to SQL Accounting with accuracy.
• Configure system parameters to comply with local regulations including SST and LHDN e-Invoicing.
• Design and deliver training sessions for end-users to promote confident use of the new system.
• Act as primary contact for complex functional support and provide practical workarounds and best practices.
