Presoft (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to drive growth by understanding customer needs and recommending software solutions across Accounting, Payroll, POS, Inventory/WMS and automation.

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Experience in software, IT solutions or B2B sales is an advantage.

Business Development Consultant (Software Solutions)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. You will work with businesses to understand their operational needs and recommend suitable software solutions, including Accounting, Payroll, POS, Inventory/WMS and Business Automation solutions.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting customers, understanding business processes and turning customer needs into practical technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential SME and corporate customers.
• Understand customers' business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up with prospects.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Keep up to date with software, AI, automation and digital transformation trends.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
