Job summary

Yonyou (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks ERP Consultants for Presales and Implementation to support regional growth. You will engage enterprise clients, capture requirements, and present solutions to help close deals, or drive system implementation, delivery, and user adoption for diverse clients.

The role involves regional project collaboration with business and technical teams, training delivery, and travel across Southeast Asia. Based in Kuala Lumpur with strong Mandarin preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in implementation or support of business applications and cloud solutions is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP and cloud solution implementation services across requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and documentation.
• Monitor and manage project progress to ensure timely delivery per project plans.
• Provide technical pre-sales support with product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes for optimal performance.
• Conduct training sessions for core users and end-users.
• Stay updated on ERP products, industry knowledge, and project management practices.

We are hiring ERP Consultants across two key functions: Presales and Implementation, to support our regional business growth. As a Presales Consultant, you will engage with enterprise clients, understand business requirements, and deliver solution presentations and proposals to support deal closure. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for system implementation, project delivery, and ensuring successful adoption of ERP solutions for clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on regional projects and collaborate closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP and cloud solution implementation services, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, and documentation
• Monitor and manage project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery according to project plans
• Provide technical pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and solution presentations
• Investigate reported system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system performance
• Conduct training sessions for clients, including core users and end-users
• Participate in continuous learning on ERP products, industry knowledge, and project management practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related fields
• Experience in implementation or support of business applications and cloud solutions is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) is an added advantage
• Strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and problem-solving
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Good written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
• Experience in conducting user training is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Willing to travel for projects across Southeast Asia

• Salary range: RM8,000-RM12,000 (Subjects to candidate's experience and skills)
